Organizations that are provided information: Host organization (Gwangju Metropolitan City), Sponsoring organizations (Korea Tourism Organization, Gwangju Tourism Organization, Kimdaejung Convention Center)

Purpose of the use of personal information: Checking participant status

Provided personal information fields: Name, Country, Affiliation, Title, E-mail (ID), etc.

Period of reserve and use: Until the end of the event and the completion of the related management work

        → Agency (Limited to invitees only)

Company which is provided information: DesignCore Co., Ltd.

Purpose of the use of personal information: Website maintenance and server management

Provided personal information fields: Photo, Name, Affiliation, Title, Profile, etc.

Period of reserve and use: Until the completion of the related management work and agreement term has expired
