The WHRCF 2018 Secretariat is recruiting management staff for the World Human Rights Cities Forum hosted by Gwangju Metropolitan City, National Human Rights Commission of Korea and the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education and organized by the Gwangju International Center and UCLG-CISDP.

Job Description


Assisting in the Secretariat

Registration Reception

Assisting in ID card issue, registration and reception desk

Greeting & escort

Participants greeting and escort on arrival and departure


Managing the hotel reception desk

Event management

Managing official events, speakers and materials

Management support

Assisting in sessions and managing speakers and materials

Luncheon and dinner

Managing the dining hall

Side event

Assisting in side events



- Those who are interested in human rights

- Those who can attend training sessions, preliminary activities and the entire period of the forum

- Experience of international events and good English skills preferred


3. Benefits

Certificate of Participation, Report of Absence

  ❍ Daily remuneration: 70,000KRW (Lunch will be provided.)


4. Hiring Process

Application submission: 10th (Mon.)- 16th (Sun.) September
